  • «Shinden ni rei», alle bukker mod alteret/mod templet for de døde
  • «Shinden ni rei», everybody bows against the alter/the temple of the dead

 

  • «Mokuso», alle lukker øjnene og mediterer
  • «Mokuso», everybody closes ther eyes and meditates

 

  • «Mokuso yame», alle åbner øjnene
  • «Mokuso yame», everybody opens ther eyes

 

  • «Sosai ni rei», alle bukker for sosai/grundlæggeren ”Osu”
  • «Sosai ni rei», everybody bows for the sosai/founder ”Osu”

 

  • Instruktøren vender sig og bukker igen
